How long will an order take to process?

Generally an order will take 1 business day to process. If you have not received confirmation on your order within 24 hours please feel free to reach out to us via our contact form.

What happens after I place my order?

Once you place your order we are either creating a design mock-up or putting together a shipping quote for approval. You should hear back on your order within 24 hours. If you do not hear back please reach out to us via our contact form.

How do I send you my photos?

You can send your photos via email to don6861@aol.com, or text them to 404-229-7253. Please make sure to send a quality photo with the object (you are wanting as the subject) clearly standing out from the background or other near by objects. If you have previously ordered from us, we probably still have the same picture on file.  Please also make sure to let us know if you want text such as a name added to the picture.

What is your return policy?

All "Custom Orders"are non-refundable. In the event your item arrives damaged or the package is lost in transit we would be happy to provide a replacement/full refund. Please reach out to us via the the contact form and we will be in touch shortly.

What about shipping costs?

Shipping costs will be added to the final credit card charge.  In most cases the items will ship via USPS and multiple items will be consolidated for a lower cost.  Larger items, like mugs, cost about $14 ea to ship as a single, however you can ship 2-6 mugs in the same box for the same $14.  (USPS Flat Rate Box)
